About the American Constructors Foundation

In 2019, American Constructors founded the American Constructors Foundation, a nonprofit corporation dedicated to positively impacting communities by working with and funding local charitable organizations that support children and education.

American Constructors has a long history of giving back to the community. When Bill Heine founded the company 43 years ago, he made philanthropy a key focus. Bill established the Austin Boys and Girls Club Foundation and has served on the board of directors since 1999, dedicating his time to improving the lives of Austin’s youth and families.

American Constructors has supported the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Austin Area (BGCAA) through direct donations, event sponsorships, and by hosting annual fundraisers. In 2025, the 13th Annual Charity Clay Shoot raised $110,000, bringing our total contributions to BGCAA to more than $850,000 over the years.
